Before you write
If you're reporting a problem, including the following will help us respond quickly:
- Your device model (for example, iPhone 14 Pro)
- Your iOS version
- The app version (found in Settings → About inside the app)
- A short description of what happened and what you expected
Frequently asked
Do I need an account to play?
No. ippun works entirely without an account. Your progress is saved on your device.
What if I delete the app?
Because progress is saved only on your device, reinstalling the app will start you fresh. Cloud sync is planned for a future update.
How do I turn off analytics?
Open Settings inside the app and switch off Help improve ippun. When disabled, no further data is collected.
I found a mistake in a translation or reading.
Please email us the compound and the correction. Every entry is reviewed by native speakers, but mistakes do slip through — we're grateful for the catch.
Will ippun come to Android or iPad?
Android is planned shortly after the iPhone launch. An iPad-native layout will follow. We'll post updates on this page.
Is ippun free?
Yes, with no ads and no forced sign-in. Optional paid features may arrive in a future update, but the core experience will remain free.
